We’ve rented, invested, developed, bought, and sold properties for our own investments since 1997. We started coming to the Carolinas from Marco Island, Florida when our kids, Cole and Brooke, were babies, returning every chance we could. We relocated when Cole and Brooke were in middle and high school. Both are graduates of Hendersonville High School and Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC (2019 and 2020).
